Total System Performance is a computer repair and IT consulting company serving Columbus, Ohio and based in Upper Arlington. Our top-notch customer service was built by listening to our customer’s needs and offering cost-effective network solutions and PC, Mac and Laptop Repairs that guarantee satisfaction. As a small business, meeting our customer’s expectations is our number one priority. Word of mouth is powerful and we rely on referrals to continue to build our business. Once they find us, our customers continue to come back for all their technological needs and our commercial customers trust our proven performance. We work hard and are proud of our positive reviews, maintaining an "A" rating on Angie's List and receiving the annual Angie’s List Super Service Award from 2013 through 2020!

I'd asked the Geek Squad people at Best Buy about repairs and they said it would have to be first analyzed, then sent out for repairs, which normally requires four to six weeks. I told Andrew that even though I was retired and didn't use my computer for anything super important, I didn't want to be without it for several months. He explained that he was running about one week behind, but if I'd agree to drop it off, he'd try and take a look at it when he had a chance. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and he called me the next day and said he'd found the problem and the repair was easy. I picked it up on Friday afternoon and the bill was much lower than I'd expected to pay. Andrew is a good role model for any young person looking to go into business. He's one of the most personable people I've met in quite a while. His future is going to be bright if he maintains his current attitude. Well done, buddy.”
